-If you are having a party, be careful about drunk drivers. Make sure no one is leaving your home that has been drinking on your property. You will be responsible is something happens.
As for owners of restaurants and bars make sure you are insured properly. Restaurant Insurance is going to be very important to have especially with the reckless and intoxicated people entering your facility. Accidents happen and it is important to be protected in advance. The restaurant may be overcrowded or possible fights may break out (Pats vs. Giants fans). Unfortunately, you have to be prepared for the worst situation.
