Paul has invested over 28 years in the insurance industry. He is a graduate of Connecticut College and a former Head Hockey Coach at his Alma Mater, Milton Academy. Paul still actively plays hockey. Paul has built his reputation on utilizing risk management techniques to solve a variety of customer’s insurance problems. He specializes in Workers Compensation, Commercial auto, Liability, & Property insurance.
Bob has been in the insurance industry since 1999. He currently holds the Accredited Advisor of Insurance designation and the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist designation. He enjoys working with clients developing solutions to complex problems. Bob lives in Scituate with his wife, Eva, and their two young sons, Matthew and Marty. During the winter, Bob can either be found in a hockey rink coaching one of his boys or in his backyard, tending to their backyard hockey rink.
Connie is a licensed insurance broker for all lines of insurance and has been in the industry for 36 years. She is the personal lines manager at C & S Insurance in Mansfield and has been with the agency for 18 years. Connie was with her prior agency, Francis T. Crimmins Insurance Agency in Stoughton for 18 years as well. She has been married for 38 years and has two adult daughters. Connie enjoys her career choice and looks forward to coming to work each day. Although some days are challenging, that is what drives her.
Debbie has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. She enjoys working in the Commercial Lines Department because there is something new to be learned every day. Debbie holds several insurance designations, including CISR, CRIS, and CPIA. She is married and has two teenage children.
As the branch manager of the Attleboro office, Leslie brings over 26 years of agency experience which includes customer service, sales, and management. She holds several designations including AAI and CISR and is a licensed P&C and LAH agent. Leslie likes to spend her free time with friends and family and working out at the gym. She is the proud mom of a college graduate.
Val has been in the insurance business since 2013 and became licensed in September of 2014. She is currently pursuing her CISR and CPPL designations. She has a rambunctious two and a half-year-old son, Matthew, who keeps her on her toes and a wonderful fiancé. Her favorite pastimes are playing in her women’s softball league, going to sporting events, bowling, and spending as much time as possible down the Cape in the summer.
Mary loves to explain insurance in terms that her customers can understand so that they can make informed decisions about their coverage. Mary launched her insurance career in 1986 and has earned her CISR and CPIW designations. Outside of work she loves walking, especially in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, gardening, and Bible study. 2015 was an exciting year for Mary as she welcomed her first grandchild, Evelyn.
Sandy has worked in the insurance industry since 2001. She attended Katherine Gibbs business school in Providence, RI and found a home in insurance. She is a people person and enjoys helping others. Sandy is a huge soccer fan, and her personal hobbies are crafting, baking and spending time with her family.
Diane is a proud mother of two adult children. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and is working towards her CISR. As the Quality Control Manager, she oversees and assures that each and every policy is processed correctly. She enjoys cross stitching, long walks, and a good book.
Jill started working in the insurance agency in 2007 and just received her CISR designation. She has a seven-year-old son and a two-year-old daughter. She is a Disney fanatic who spends most of her time at her son’s sports practices and games and wouldn’t want things any other way.
John has worked in the industry for over 30 years. He is a Charted Life Underwriter with a B.S. in business from UMASS, Dartmouth. Outside the office, he enjoys playing tennis and is a big fan of all the Boston sports teams.
Connie has been working in the insurance Industry since graduating from East Providence High School. When she retired from MetLife, she went to work at the Kevin R. Slattery Insurance Agency, where she worked for ten years before joining our team in 2011. Connie loves spending time with her grandchildren, yoga, walking, traveling and the ocean. She is also an avid Boston sports fan and follows the Patriots, Red Sox and Celtics.
Lisa is fast approaching 30 years in the insurance industry. Her specialties include Personal and Commercial Lines. She prides herself on her attention to detail and ability to help her clients with clear and concise direction. She and her husband, Steve, are proud of their daughter who started college in the Fall of 2015. You can always find Lisa in her kitchen, as she loves cooking and testing new recipes. She also enjoys traveling.
Matt Montesano is a craft brewery insurance consultant with more than five years of experience in customer service and sales. He holds a degree in finance from Providence College, where he was a member of the Friars’ Division I hockey team. Outside the C&S Insurance office, Matt enjoys discovering new restaurants and breweries in and around Boston. Laura has worked in the insurance industry for over 28 years. She holds a property and casualty license and has a CISR designation. Laura loves to travel and her favorite vacation includes being on a cruise ship en route to a tropical destination. When she’s not at work you can find her cheering on some of her favorite New England Boston sports teams, at the beach, reading, or watching a movie.
Lucy is a licensed property & casualty agent who has been working in the insurance industry for 28 years. She is excited to be a part of the Cavallo & Signoriello Agency and looks forward to serving her clients alongside an extraordinary team. Outside of the office she enjoys reading and loves spending time with her husband and their two children. One of their favorite family pastimes is playing Wiffle Ball in their backyard.
Michelle has spent the last five years mastering the operations side of the retail industry, and is excited to begin her journey into the insurance world. Outside of work she enjoys spending her time with her seven year old daughter Mackenzie. They enjoy doing crafts, baking and being outdoors. Some of Michelle's favorite things include Starbucks and a good day at the beach.
Liz O’Neill has been marketing on behalf of exceptional brands for ten years, and has been storytelling since she was seven. She loves crafting content that helps solve customers’ problems, while finding ways to speak to core audiences in engaging, human terms. In addition to an Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot, she holds a master’s degree in creative writing—not to mention a pretty sweet trophy from her twelfth-grade spelling bee.
Outside of work she enjoys watching the Patriots embarrass other teams. She spends her free time running; shopping for throw pillows; consuming the occasional episode of garbage reality TV; rereading literary classics (to offset the effects of garbage reality TV); and getting corrected by her five-year-old, who is brilliant and plainly knows it.
Samantha is a rising senior at Stonehill College, majoring in marketing and minoring in communications. Starting this spring, she’ll join the C&S team for a marketing and sales-focused internship. Samantha is a former Division II lacrosse player, who loves to travel and craft in her free time. After graduating, Samantha hopes to pursue a marketing career in the UK, where she spent time studying abroad.
Tatiana joined the C&S team in June of 2017. She is a junior at Stonehill College, where she is majoring in marketing (and minoring in environmental science just for kicks). Tatiana oversees C&S social media accounts, drafts and edits website content, and assists with various sales and marketing projects. Some of Tatiana’s favorite pastimes include hiking, reading, and volunteering at her local animal shelter. Outside of work she can typically be found scouring Yelp for her next brunch location, or talking about her dogs.
Donna is a licensed insurance broker who has worked in the industry for more than 25 years. She is currently earning her CPPL designation, while proudly serving C&S clients with their home, auto, and umbrella insurance needs. When she’s not at work, Donna loves spending time with her three beautiful granddaughters—the lights of her life (along with insurance, of course!).
After graduating from Westfield State University, Laurie held various roles as a sales executive, community volunteer, American Red Cross employee, and stay-at-home mom. She received her P&C license in 2015, and is currently pursuing her ACSR designation. Outside of work, Laurie enjoys spending time with her family, including her two cats.
