C&S Insurance Welcomes Kelly Trabulsie as Agency Controller
Spring means growth, and for our ever-expanding agency that’s as true inside the office as it is outside.
So let’s have a virtual round of applause for another new addition to our incredible team: Kelly Trabulsie, Controller.
While Kelly is joining C&S at an unusual time (with most of us working from home temporarily), we hope the crews in Mansfield, Attleboro, Bridgewater, and Dedham will all find some time to say hello and welcome. #TogetherApart we’re still collaborating and getting it done for our clients.
And hey, while we’re waiting for the in-person office reunion, here’s a bit to learn about our new controller and chief financial guru:
C&S: How long have you been working with numbers?
KT: I’ve been working with numbers for 25 years. (Now I feel old!) I’ve held roles as staff accountant and accounting manager at Mason & Mason Insurance and Rodman Insurance, respectively. I also worked as the senior staff accountant at The Arc of the South Shore.
C&S: What will your new role as controller entail?
KT: I’m here to manage all aspects of agency accounting: billing, financial statements, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, etc. I will also assist in the creation and maintenance of a documented system of accounting policies and operations.
C&S: What are you most excited about?
KT: Contributing to C&S with my current skill set, and the opportunity to learn and grow my knowledge and skills in the world of insurance accounting.
C&S: What’s a fun fact about you?
KT: I owned and operated a small coffee shop for seven years!
C&S: So will you make us all coffees in the morning?
KT: [no comment]
C&S: What are your personal interests and hobbies?
KT: Hiking with my friends and their pups – it’s how I get my dog fix. Spending time with family and friends – especially the kids. I also have two cats who I adore. My girlies’ names are Belle (age 17) and Charley–she’ll turn one on Cinco de Mayo.
C&S: Favorite movie or binge-worthy TV show?
KT: My favorite TV show of all time is Breaking Bad. I have watched the entire series about five times. Sunday Night Football, too. (I’m really hoping this season starts on time!)
C&S: When should C&S team members contact you?
KT: Employees can definitely reach out with questions about billing, payments, or any other accounting-related issue. If I don’t know the answer I will do my best to find it!
So that’s the scoop! Kelly will be based in the Mansfield office. You can reach her at 508.425.3326 or email@example.com.
