The agency’s service model is to assign each client to a particular account manager, so that we never lose the personal touch.  In addition, our clients have 24/7 access to a live, licensed insurance proffessional through our after-hours customer service center.  Many of our clients also make use of our client website C&S 24/7.  The site allows our clients access to their own policy information and the ability to request policy changes whenever needed.

A unique aspect to our sevice model is our in-house registry services.  We can process many license plate transactions while our clients wait in the comforts of our office.  No longer is their a need to go the RMV, as we offer a one stop solution.
