Personal Lines Account Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our clients.
Position Overview:
The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of personal insurance clients. This role is essential in delivering a high-quality client experience by providing tailored coverage solutions and proactive support throughout the policy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review clients’ insurance needs, offering advice and solutions for auto, home, and umbrella.
- Provide guidance throughout the insurance process, from policy selection to claims management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with precision, timeliness, and care.
- Work closely with insurance carriers to secure the best possible coverage and rates for clients.
- Handle policy renewals, adjustments, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a understanding of various coverage types and industry regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a positive client experience. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant insurance licenses and certifications are a plus.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
