  • Paul A. Marks

    Partner & Executive Vice President

    Paul has invested over 30 years in the insurance industry. He is a graduate of Connecticut College and a former Head Hockey Coach at his Alma Mater, Milton Academy. Paul still actively plays hockey. Paul has built his reputation on utilizing risk management techniques to solve a variety of customers' insurance problems. He specializes in workers' compensation, commercial auto, liability, and property insurance.

  • Tim Kane


    Tim Kane brings his 30-plus years of insurance experience to the C&S family, along with notable expertise in the allied healthcare, manufacturing, and tree-care industries. Kane holds a degree in economics from the College of Holy Cross. Outside of work, Tim enjoys watching the Red Sox and Patriots.

  • Robert Monahan

    Vice President

    Bob has been in the insurance industry since 1999. He currently holds the Accredited Advisor of Insurance designation and the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist designation. He enjoys working with clients developing solutions to complex problems. Bob lives in Scituate with his wife, Eva, and their two young sons, Matthew and Marty. During the winter, Bob can either be found in a hockey rink, coaching one of his boys, or in his backyard, tending to their backyard hockey rink.

  • Connie S. Teixeira

    Personal Lines Manager

    Connie is a licensed broker for all lines of insurance and has been in the industry for 38 years, 20 of them with C&S! She has been married for 40 years and has two adult daughters. Connie enjoys her career choice, and looks forward to coming to work each day. Although some days are challenging, that is what drives her.

  • Debra Gerraughty

    Commercial Lines Manager

    Debbie has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. She enjoys working in the Commercial Lines Department because there is something new to be learned every day. Debbie holds several insurance designations, including CISR Elite, CRIS, and CPIA. She is married and has two teenage children.

  • Jessica Morin

    Commercial Lines Account Manager

    Jessica has been managing commercial insurance programs for the past seven years--first as a large construction account specialist; more recently, as an expert in all commercial client-facing services. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Bridgewater State University. In her free time she enjoys playing shuffleboard, painting, and hanging with her dog, Petey.

  • Leslie Bodge

    AAI, CISR Elite
    Branch Manager

    As the branch manager of the Attleboro office, Leslie brings more than 30 years of agency experience, including customer service, sales, and management skills. She holds several designations including AAI and CISR Elite, and is a licensed P&C and LAH agent. Leslie likes to spend her free time with friends and family and working out at the gym. She is the proud mom of a college graduate.

  • Liz O'Neill

    Director of Marketing

    Liz O’Neill has been marketing on behalf of exceptional brands for ten years, and has been storytelling since she was seven. She loves crafting content that helps solve customers’ problems, while finding ways to speak to core audiences in engaging, human terms. In addition to an Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot, she holds a master’s degree in creative writing—not to mention a pretty sweet trophy from her twelfth-grade spelling bee. Outside of work she enjoys watching the Patriots embarrass other teams. She spends her free time getting corrected by her seven-year-old, who is brilliant and plainly knows it.

  • Laura Wiesner

    CISR Elite, PWCAM
    Commercial Lines Account Manager

    Laura has worked in the insurance industry for nearly 30 years. She holds a P&C license and has the CISR Elite designation. Laura loves to travel and her favorite vacation includes being on a cruise ship en route to a tropical destination. When she’s not at work you can find her cheering on her favorite Boston sports teams, at the beach, reading, or watching a movie.

  • Lisa DoVale-Fonseca

    Commercial Lines Account Manager

    Lisa has worked in the insurance industry for more than 30 years. Her specialties include Personal and Commercial Lines. She prides herself on her attention to detail and ability to help her clients with clear and concise direction. She and her husband, Steve, are very proud of their daughter, who is approaching her last year of college. You can always find Lisa in her kitchen, as she loves cooking and testing new recipes. She also enjoys traveling.

  • Mary Steeb

    Personal Lines Account Manager

    Mary loves to explain insurance in terms that her customers can understand so that they can make informed decisions about their coverage. Mary launched her insurance career in 1986, and has earned her CISR and CPIW designations. Outside of work she loves walking, especially in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, gardening, and Bible study. Mary also enjoys spending time with her three-year-old grandchild, Evelyn.

  • Sandy Trethewey

    Personal Lines Account Manager

    Sandy has worked in the insurance industry since 2001. She attended Katherine Gibbs business school in Providence, Rhode Island, and found her home in insurance. She is a people person and enjoys helping others. Sandy is a huge soccer fan. Her personal hobbies include crafting, baking, and spending time with her family.

  • Diane Parenteau

    Quality Control Manager

    Diane is a proud mother of two adult children. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and is working towards her CISR. As the Quality Control Manager, she oversees and assures that each and every policy is processed correctly. She enjoys cross stitching, long walks, and a good book.

  • Jill Rovani

    CISR Elite
    Personal Lines Account Manager

    Jill brings more than 10 years of experience to C&S, and recently received her CISR Elite designation. She has two young children who keep her very busy. Jill is also a Disney fanatic, who spends most of her time at her son’s sports practices or planning the family's next adventure to the parks.

  • Gayle Reynolds

    Director of Client Development

    Prior to joining the C&S team, Gayle spent 10 years working for a scheduling firm in the financial industry. She has an outstanding reputation in building client relationships and customer service. Outside of work Gayle enjoys spending time with family and friends on Cape Cod, and loves going to the beach! Gayle has two teenage children that keep her extremely busy with their practices and competitions. Her next big adventure is going on college tours with her son.

  • Lucy Murphy

    Personal Lines Account Manager

    Lucy is a licensed property & casualty agent who has been working in the insurance industry for 30 years. She loves being a part of the C&S Insurance family, and looks forward to serving her clients alongside an extraordinary team. Outside of the office she enjoys reading and loves spending time with her husband and their two children. One of their favorite family pastimes is playing wiffle ball in their backyard.

  • Connie Newman

    Personal Lines Assistant

    Connie has been working in the insurance Industry since graduating from East Providence High School. When she retired from MetLife, she went to work at the Kevin R. Slattery Insurance Agency, where she worked for 10 years before joining up with C&S in 2011. Connie loves spending time with her grandchildren, yoga, walking, traveling and the ocean. She is also an avid Boston sports fan and follows the Patriots, Red Sox and Celtics.

  • Donna Craven

    Personal Lines Account Manager

    Donna is a licensed insurance broker who has worked in the industry for more than 25 years. She is currently earning her CPPL designation, while proudly serving C&S clients with their home, auto, and umbrella insurance needs. When she’s not at work, Donna loves spending time with her three beautiful granddaughters—the lights of her life (along with insurance, of course!).

  • Laurie Shea

    Assistant Account Manager

    After graduating from Westfield State University, Laurie held various roles as a sales executive, community volunteer, American Red Cross employee, and stay-at-home mom. She received her P&C license in 2015, and is currently pursuing her ACSR designation. Outside of work, Laurie enjoys spending time with her family, including her two cats.

  • Sandra McNair

    Director of First Impressions

    Prior to joining the C&S team, Sandra spent 12 years in the baking industry, where she built her customer service skills and used her creativity to design beautiful cakes. She is excited to start her journey in the insurance industry, as she loves to be challenged and is looking forward to gaining new knowledge. Outside of work Sandra enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband. They’re often plotting new adventures that they call “mystery trips.” As a creative person, she also loves learning new crafts and baking with her daughter.

  • Jenelle Theberge

    Personal Lines Account Manager

    Jenelle has been in the insurance industry since January 2016. She holds her P&C license and the CISR designation, affirming her understanding of today's various risks and exposures. She truly enjoys helping her clients and advising them as their needs change. In her spare time, Jenelle is an avid reader. She channels her creativity toward cooking and baking. Her greatest joys are her nieces and nephews, although she doesn't let them win at bowling.

  • Fatima Spranger

    Personal Lines Account Manager

    Fatima has been in the insurance industry since 2011. She loves helping people and building rapport with her clients. In her free time Fatima enjoys reading and spending time with her niece and nephew.

  • Tatiana Foerschner

    Marketing Intern

    Tatiana joined the C&S team in June of 2017. She is a senior at Stonehill College, where she is majoring in marketing. Tatiana oversees C&S social media accounts, drafts and edits website content, and assists with various sales and marketing projects. Some of Tatiana’s favorite pastimes include hiking, reading, and volunteering at her local animal shelter. Outside of work she can typically be found scouring Yelp for her next brunch location.
