Charlie Rourke brings his decades of experience in commercial insurance to the C&S team, specializing in coverage needs and risk management for towns, cities, and other public entities (municipal insurance), as well as oil dealers, restaurants, contractors and manufacturers. Charlie works closely with his clients to understand their operations and unique risk profiles. He acts as a dedicated advisor and partner, ensuring that clients’ insurance programs continually evolve to address changes both internally and on an industry level. Charlie is highly skilled at improving customers’ coverage and reducing their risks, while improving safety measures.

Born and raised in the Bay State, Charlie graduated from B.C. High School and later from the U.S. Naval Academy with a dual degree in engineering and economics; he is also a Marine Corps veteran.

Charlie holds the CIC designation, which represents his commitment to ongoing education and improvement as a Certified Insurance Counselor. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys boating with family and friends off of Duxbury and Plymouth. He loves to golfing (though he admits no boater is very good at it). He’s also a loyal fan of the Patriots, Red Sox, and Bruins.

Charlie Rourke resides in Duxbury with his wife Sue, two adult children, Alanna & Tim, and the family dog, Lily.
