One of Jessica’s biggest strengths in her job is having a natural ability to relate to clients and it means the world to her that her insureds receive a particular standard of service. Quality service begins with good communication, and a growing knowledge of the industry. She believes a great broker is one that clients trust and depend on to look out for their best interests as well as their business’s.

Jess has been working within the insurance industry for more than a decade. She supports a variety of businesses–from large commercial construction accounts to small family businesses. This range has given her a broad understanding of the different degrees of client risks, needs, and challenges. Prior to C&S, she worked as a Commercial Lines Manager at Mason & Mason Insurance where she managed a team of Account Managers, and implemented new service workflows to create a better client experience for insureds.

Outside of work, she spends her time with her rescue dog Petey, playing shuffleboard, spending time with family & friends, watching football, and enjoying the outdoors.
