Kim brings nearly four decades of experience in the insurance industry. Before joining C&S, she spent 13½ years with CU Insurance and 21½ years with Palumbo/HUB International. She holds a Personal Lines Insurance License and a CPIA designation and was nominated for CSR of the Year. Kim brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and takes pride in building strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service. She is committed to helping each client find the right coverage in a clear, straightforward way.
Kim is married and a proud mother to a son serving in the military, whom she misses dearly. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities such as riding her Can-Am Spyder and snowmobiling, exploring the White Mountains, traveling, and working on puzzles. She is also an enthusiastic supporter of New England sports teams.
