Kim has been working in the insurance industry for over 25 years. She began her career at what is now Willis Towers Watson in the Risk Management Department, where she worked on accounts for Fortune 500 clients. She then became a broker at a Boston-based wholesaler, placing coverage and managing surplus lines accounts. From there, Kim transitioned into a Commercial Lines Account Manager role, working with a diverse mix of clients across industries including contracting, habitational, manufacturing, and retail.
The most rewarding part of Kim’s job is building strong relationships with her clients and helping make the insurance process easier and less overwhelming for them.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys yoga, volunteering, keeping up with her adult daughters, and hoping to someday put her golf clubs to good use!
