With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Paul specializes in providing personalized coverage solutions for both personal and commercial clients. A licensed Massachusetts Property & Casualty Producer, he is known for his consultative approach and for building long-standing client relationships—many of which he has cultivated over the past 16 years at Russo Insurance Agency in Medway.
Earlier in his career, Paul worked as a Claims Adjuster with Amica Mutual Insurance, where he gained valuable experience managing complex homeowner and auto liability claims, evaluating coverage, and negotiating settlements.
A former high school, Legion, and college baseball player at the University of Hartford, Paul later returned to coach at his alma mater, Medway High School. He lives in Medway with his wife, Jenna, and their 12-year-old son, Jack. Outside of work, Paul enjoys golf, beach and pool days, and spending time with friends and family—often with a good Yacht Rock playlist in the background.
