Tim Kane comes to C&S with over 30 years of experience, specializing in arborist insurance, landscapers’ insurance, snow removal insurance and general contractor insurance. He has been the keynote speaker at several landscape and arborist association events, and is one of only three appointed agents in Massachusetts to represent the coveted ArborMax insurance program. Tim graduated from The College of The Holy Cross in 1983 with a BA in Economics and began his career with the John Hancock Life Insurance Company.

Since that time, Tim has served on a multitude of insurance company advisory councils including the Hanover Insurance Company Advisory Council. He has been elected to the Board of Directors of publicly traded companies and non-profit charitable foundations along with serving in an advisory capacity for many clients. Showing a commitment to his profession, Tim holds several industry designations including AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance), ARM (Associate in Risk Management) and LIA (Licensed Insurance Advisor). As a complete advocate for his clients, he takes great pride in assuring that his clients have the absolute best coverage at the best price, leaving no stone unturned to accomplish that goal.

In his spare time, Tim can be found on the golf course, basketball court, or water skiing in Maine where he and his family love to vacation. Tim is married to his wife, Lori and they have three children, Timmy, Molly and Morgan.
